-- Entries will be counted from July 4th, 2018 through 12 A.M. PST July 31st, 2018
-- One winner will be selected from each or our four locations.
-- The winner will receive one free Spay or Neuter procedure for one dog or one cat. The estimated value of this offer is between $280 and $400. Additional details, terms and conditions are listed below.
-- All giveaway items will be offered as is. There will not be any substitutions offered.
-- Only residents of Los Angeles County and Kern County in the state of California who are over the age of 18 can enter
-- Employees and affiliates of Dr Sandhu Animal Hospitals, Inc are not eligible to enter
-- To enter please log on to one of our websites or follow the link on our Facebook or Instagram pages.
-- Participants may only enter once
-- Winners will be randomly chosen on the date indicated above
-- Winners do not need to be present
-- Winners will be randomly selected and notified via email and will have 24 hours to respond with the contact information provided.
-- Two unseen backup winners will also be selected at the time of the draw. Back up winner information will each be in sealed envelopes and securely stored until the eligibilities of the initial prize winner has been determined.
-- If the initial winner is ruled ineligible, the first back-up winner envelope is unsealed and declared the winner.
-- A reasonable attempt will be made to contact the winner based on the information supplied at the time of entry.
-- Once a winner has been confirmed an official announcement will be made on our Websites and Social Media accounts
-- Upon confirmation winners must claim their giveaway prize within 5 days and redeem their prize within 30 days at the location provided.
-- Winners must present valid, unexpired identification, a valid social security number and sign all relevant giveaway documents when their prize is picked up.
-- Winners are required to complete a 1099-MISC form and are responsible for all taxes.
-- Winners will we will be published on our websites, social media accounts and marketing materials.
-- The odds of winning are determined by the amount of entries, as only one prize to one winner will be awarded.
-- Basic Spay and Neuter are for one dog or one cat. Procedures include the following: Exam, IV catheter, Gas anesthesia, Surgery, Pain medication, Antibiotic injection, Pain medication to go home, E-collar. Additional items that are NOT included: Pre-surgical/CBC lab work, Take home medication and/or Antibiotics. ADDITIONAL NOTE: Pregnant, in heat and obese dogs and cats are subject to additional fees
