They both are so knowledgeable and caring with the both of us that I now think of them as extended family. I only wish that they had the staff to extend the hours to Friday and Saturday, but understand completely that these 2 angels need their days off as well. The doctor was caring and thorough. I felt like they were honest and not just trying to take money from us like you find at some vet offices. The only issue was that there was a long wait, but I completely understood since it was Sunday and they had a lot of emergencies. The doctors were honest and caring unfortunately I lost my dog due to poisoning there was really nothing they could do at that point. In the end I've got the funeral package! which by the way they work with me on pricing and with the package they sent me a personal letter of sympathy for the Lost of my animal And a beautiful cedar box with other personal touches wrapped all together in a velvet bag. If there was any emergencies this is a place to go. But keep in mind there's other animals that are in need as well so be patience with the doctors and the staff and with that I hope this review would help you ease your mind knowing this is a good place for animals lovers read less

My boy got laser therapy, and underwater treadmill sessions. It really is an amazing facility. read less

In a good news / bad news sort of moment, it was suggested that we increase the time between visits. We love going to Zen Den and appreciate what they've done for Teag. Also, this is clearly not a business trying to fleece folks with unnecessary therapy visits.

The last couple of sessions have been great. Excellent progress on the treadmill. Excellent progress away from the facility as well. I was reminded to write this update as I was watching our little dog nearly break into a RUN for no particular reason. He was really moving for over 300 feet just on his own. He used to be VERY slow.

They were kind enough to discus pricing with us beforehand and gave us affordable options. The shots they gave were 125 in total (no medication needed, the shots cured everything) and as I'm watching him destroy my plant happy and full of life I can't help but thank the AV Center for their hard work and help. read less

A visit to another vet resulted in... read moreA little pup we have that was found wandering the desert has had trouble with his hind legs. A visit to another vet resulted in a dismissive "He's got floating kneecaps. Keep him thin." While he was not incorrect and keeping weight down is probably easier on joints, there was no sense of anything to really make our pup's life better. A bit of looking turned up Zen Den. We had no referral and no basis of comparison. We had our consult yesterday. I was expecting to sit and talk for a few minutes while Christy (she seems to run the show there) poked and prodded a bit, fully expecting to just hear what we already knew. Instead, she tuned in to the fact that our little pup is in pain and compensating pretty severely. She performed a couple of kinds of therapy (manual as well as laser). She also brought in Dr Sandhu from a neighboring animal hospital (he's saved another of our dog's lives from a terrible brain infection!) to confirm her suspicions and recommended course of treatment (likely followed up with surgery). Later that day, our little pup demonstrated better posture and walking than any time since we've had him. Further treatments are scheduled. I think we're expecting surgery in a month (subject to pup's progress). I'll try to update this as our treatment progresses. So far, I can wholeheartedly recommend that you take your achey pets to Zen Den. read less

Our little guy has some pretty serious issues that will require surgery. His first visit was awesome. Usually a consult is just that. Someone tells you you're broken and how they can fix you. Not this place! Out little man got a laser treatment and massage to relieve his pain at the consult!! Since his "pre-hab" began he has shown improvement; he is getting stronger and is in less pain. Thank you Christie for caring so deeply for the critters you help. read less
